"Following on from the presentation you delivered at the Local Government Procurement Sydney Networking meeting, may I complement you on your content as well as your presentation skills which was the highlight of the program for me. Highly relevant to the issues being faced at our Council, you described the core legal principles, relevant cases and issues clearly and succinctly, tempered with an understanding of the practical commercial realities, and delivered in a warm and entertaining manner."

‘I attended a recent code of conducts complaint co-ordinator training session conducted by Monica Kelly from Prevention Partners NSW and found it a very informative session. Monica’s relaxed approach encouraged the group to easily interact and share experiences freely, which as opposed to the often-used fictional case studies, allowed us to discuss each other’s approach and this I believe greatly improved learning outcomes. I thought the session was interesting and made a difficult topic easy to sit through. It was well paced and particularly informative around the ‘other areas’ of where complaints may fall into, and not just under the code of conduct.’
